Militaru Law Office est un cabinet d’avocats du Barreau de Bucarest, fondé en 2017, composé des personnes jeunes et dynamiques, dotées d’une solide connaissance du droit et actives principalement dans le domaine du droit des affaires.

Ion Militaru is a pleading attorney who has acted for Romanian and foreign clients in disputes both in courts of general jurisdiction and in arbitration tribunals. His expertise includes assisting and representing clients in litigations, especially in the field of commercial law, civil law and tax law. Ion Militaru has rich expertise in insolvency proceedings, sometimes assisting debtor companies and sometimes representing creditors’ interests in recovering debts and/or restructuring debtor companies.
Moreover, his expertise includes assisting and representing clients in the field of consultancy, respectively negotiating and drafting contracts, operations from the trade register or assistance and representation in trademark protection issues, both nationally and European levels.
